There are several possibilities here, including:
- The camera has run out of power (Batteries (AA, External, Solar) being consumed, external power cable disconnected)
- Camera has a hardware issue
- SD or SIM card issue
- Adverse weather impacting cellular connectivity
- Subscription issues (No Data)
Please check the following:
- You have an active subscription and data
- Check the last image received and the voltage reading, is it low?
- Is the camera sending its daily check-in photo?
- Select your camera in the App
- Select the Cog (Top Right)
- Select Daily Report
