There are several possibilities here, including:

  1. The camera has run out of power (Batteries (AA, External, Solar) being consumed, external power cable disconnected)
  2. Camera has a hardware issue
  3. SD or SIM card issue
  4. Adverse weather impacting cellular connectivity
  5. Subscription issues (No Data)

Please check the following:

  1. You have an active subscription and data
  2. Check the last image received and the voltage reading, is it low?
  3. Is the camera sending its daily check-in photo?
    • Select your camera in the App
    • Select the Cog (Top Right)
    • Select Daily Report
