If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with a product you've bought, you have the option to return it within 30 days from the date of your original purchase. However, there are a few conditions that must be met:

  • The product must remain in its original, unaltered condition.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.
  • The product should be in its original packaging, complete with instruction manuals and all accompanying accessories.

For all returns made within the 30-day window, we offer two options: a full refund or an exchange, with the exception of freight charges. To initiate the return process, please complete the the "REQUEST A RETURN" form on the right of this page. After receiving your request, we will promptly get in touch with you to provide further instructions. For any faulty products, please refer to the instructions below.

If you are experiencing issues with any product please CONTACT US for troubleshooting advice before returning the product. The majority of issues can be resolved remotely. if we are unable to resolve the issue we'll ask you to complete the REQUEST RETURN FORM on this page, please ensure you fill in all required fields.

Return the Product

Once we've received the returned product it will be checked for any faults.  If the fault is accepted under warranty we will contact you to discuss a replacement or full refund. If it's not a warranty issue, we will validate any repairs needed and contact you with the associated cost for consideration.
